• Niche Variations: ASHEE functions as a multi-niche international retailer across electronics, fashion, jewelry, home appliances, decor, toys, beauty, and pet supplies. We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your device’s screen display will perfectly match the true product color.
• Price Finality: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. However, the price displayed on the product page at the time of order placement is the absolute final price you pay. No hidden handling fees, surprise logistics surcharges, or extra administrative costs will be added at checkout.

• Verification Checks: We reserve the right to limit, decline, or cancel orders that exhibit indicators of fraudulent activity, unauthorized commercial resale, or data feed errors. If we modify or cancel an order, we will proactively notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made.
• Account Verification: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account details, including your email address, billing address, and credit card numbers/expiration dates, so that we can successfully complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

• Global Fulfillment Model: ASHEE operates a direct-to-consumer fulfillment architecture. We partner with a strictly vetted network of global suppliers and international shipping carriers. Items are dispatched directly from regional fulfillment hubs to optimize transit lanes.
• Shipping Policy Alignment: By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to our Shipping Policy . This includes a handling time of 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday, with a 4:00 PM Gulf Standard Time (GST) / (GMT+4) order cut-off time) and a fixed total delivery window of 3 to 5 days for local fulfillment centers and 8 to 14 business days for international suppliers.
• Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): All international shipments are sent on a Delivered Duty Paid basis. ASHEE pre-clears and pays all relevant customs duties, tariffs, or value-added taxes (VAT). The customer will never face unexpected import invoices upon delivery.

• 15-Day Window: All orders are protected by a 15-day return and exchange window, commencing from the physical delivery date, subject to the item remaining unused and in original packaging.
• Direct-to-Supplier Return Shipments: To optimize reverse logistics, all approved returns must be mailed directly to our partner supplier’s regional fulfillment warehouse , utilizing the verified physical address and RMA form provided by our support team.
• No Hidden Penalties: ASHEE maintains a $0.00 Restocking Fee policy across our store. Standard returns for change of mind are fully credited, with return postage paid by the consumer. Defective or incorrect items are replaced or returned at 100% cost to ASHEE. Full terms are outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools or hyperlinks (such as global shipping carrier portals) which we neither monitor nor have any control over. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind. Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the commercial laws of the United Arab Emirates . Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
